Nippon Vinilex 2000 Water-Based Wall Sealer 20L | Model: NIP-V2000-20L Formulated with a special acrylic polymer for excellent alkali and efflorescence resistance properties Type: Modified Acrylic Polymer Colour: Light Grey Finish: Matt Uses: Specially designed as a sealer for new and old cement rendered surfaces in both internal and external confitions such as: Cement plaster Precasr concrete Cast in-situ concrete Brickwork Hard/Soft boards Partition panels Gypsum Features: Good adhesion Outstanding alkaline resistance Anti-fungus and algae resistance property Excellent efflorescence resistance Fast drying time Easy application Environmentally friendly paint certified under the Singapore Green Building Product Certification Scheme APPLICATION DATA Method : Brush, roller or spray Theoretical Coverage : 14m2/litre (based on 30 microns DFT) Dilution : No dilution is necessary for best performance Surface PRreparation : Ensure surface is clean, dry and stable using the following suggested surface treatments: Moisture :There must not be any water residue on the surface of the substrate. Moisture must be <4% (Sovereign moisture master) before application Unstable matter :Remove loose bonding film, dirt, peeling paint, etc by high-pressure water jet wash or mechanical means such as power brush or scraper, whichever is suitable Contaminants :Remove dust and foreign matter by cleaning with damp cloth. Remove oil or grease using solvent or mild detergent. Allow surface to dry Fungus and Algae :Wash the affected area to remove unstable matters and micro-organisms.
