How It Works
K-TEC is a B2B hardware procurement portal. Browse the catalog, place your order online, and Adrian handles the rest — sourcing from ACH or Horme, then confirming delivery with you. All orders are on credit terms.
1. Browse the catalog
Search by brand (Makita, Bosch, HiKOKI, Ingco, …), model code, or product name. Each item page shows the brand, model, and pricing.
2. Add to cart & check out
Add what you need to your cart and place the order. You must be logged in to check out — Adrian needs to know who ordered what. New customer? Contact Adrian to set up your account.
3. Adrian sources from ACH or Horme
For each order, Adrian contacts the appropriate supplier — ACH, Horme, or both — to place the order for your items. Trade pricing applies.
4. Adrian calls or emails you to confirm delivery
Once the supplier confirms the delivery timing, Adrian calls or emails you with the expected delivery date. No surprises.
5. Invoiced monthly — no online payment
K-TEC bills you monthly on credit terms (NET 30 default). Invoicing is done back-end — no payment is required at checkout. All orders are tracked against your account.
Response time
Order confirmations: within 1 business day. Adrian contacts the supplier same-day, and you’ll get a delivery confirmation once the supplier responds (typically 1–3 days for Horme).
Payment
All orders on credit terms. Monthly invoice, NET 30 payment terms by default. Custom terms for large accounts — contact Adrian.
